Will the melting ice cubes drip on the table? How long time can the ice cubes stay on the table before melting?
The ice cubes will not start melt before after approx half an hour.. After 1 hour they are in process of melting and the water will drip down in the bottom tray.. After the half hour, you will not re-enter the icebreaker into the freezer, but just flush the remaining ice cubes and refill the device.. We found that normally the ice cubes are all used after the half hour :-) That means, even if the ice cubes has started melting, you will always dispense water-free ice cubes..

If I do not use all the ice cubes, can I refill with water?
When you have “released” the ice cubes inside, you can not refill water again before it is empty.. We believe that you will get used to either use them all, or flush the few remaining and just refill because it is so easy :-)

Can a child make the cubes easily or is it need the strength of a grownup person?
Because the twist or rotate action is driving a thread, there is a very high ratio between the rotation force and the movement required to release and dispense ice cubes. So yes, children and elderly hands, can easily use the icebreaker :-)

Is the icebreaker odor proof? Sometimes ice cubes are obtaining odor from the freezer.
YES - As all the ice cubes are sealed within the dispenser, it is very odor proof, and much more odor proof than regular ice cube trays (without sealed lid) and ice cube bags (very thin plastic), but also much better than most automatic ice cube machines, where the produced ice cubes are left uncovered within the freezer and very exposed to odors.

Can it be easily cleaned? Is it dishwasher proof?
YES, the expandable sides are to release and dismantle completely, whereby you have these as loose parts to either rinse or throw in the dishwasher. Furthermore it has 2 silicone gaskets inside that can be removed, and together with the remaining parts, can be rinsed or put in the dishwasher, leaving no closed spaces etc.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
