Long time no see.

Shipping Update

Hi guys,
A quick update from our warehouse. We have received all the products from China and the last few days have been dedicated to packing and preparing for shipping. In fact, the first shipment has already been sent out to our Danish Backers, who should in fact receive their ICEBREAKER(s) sometime during the next few days.
For all international Backers, the delivery time will be a little longer, 5-10 days depending on where you live.
As we use different carriers all over the world, we unfortunately will not be able to provide a tracking number for all, as this is depending on the individual carrier. But if you haven’t received your package within the next couple of weeks do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected] and we’ll help you.
We can’t wait for you to receive your ICEBREAKER(s). We encourage you all to read the included product guide before you start using your ICEBREAKER. We also have some “How to” videos on our YouTube channel that will help you to get the best possible start with your ICEBREAKER.
We would love to see and share your experience with the ICEBREAKER, so please send as many pictures and videos as you want to [email protected] and
we'll share them.

Hi guys,
We are so happy to FINALLY be able to tell you that your ICEBREAKER(s) are finished and ready to begin their journey home to you.
They have been shipped from the production site in China and are on their way to the distribution center in Europe. Here they will be re-packed and sent out to their final destination – some are going to Sweden, some to Italy and others to Indonesia. We are so proud to have created a product that has caught interest in so many parts of the world.
The shipment of your ICEBREAKER(s) will happen sometime during next week (week 41), and the estimated delivery time is 5-9 days depending on where you live.

Good news! We are back on track and have restarted production. In order to be able to expedite the shipment as fast as possible, we are going to lock down shipping addresses on FRIDAY 15 SEPTEMBER. That means you have until then to update your shipping address in your BackerKit survey.
If you need to review your shipping address, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://icebreaker-ice-cubes-made-easy.backerkit.com/
If you need to change your shipping address, please make the changes in your BackerKit survey before FRIDAY 15 SEPTEMBER.
